Join our Books with A Twist book club group Thursday at 6pm on the 19th. Discussion will be Hot Pursuit by Suzanne Brockmann. The author talks about REM in her latest book. So, as an added bonus, Susan Ly an expert in rapid eye movement therapy will explain the benefits of REM for post traumatic stress as well as other conditions.
